If you've selected a '12-week program', these are 12 weeks long.
If you've selected 'Tailored Running Coaching', these can go for as long as you like, there is no minimum and no maximum. You will get a new fortnightly program uploaded to your Final Surge account every 2 weeks for as long as you desire and continue your payments.
If you find it's not for you, cancel after the first week, if you love it and wish to continue, just continue making payments and we will continue to work together. We recommend sticking with the coaching for a minimum of 8-12-weeks to see any improvements.
For Premium Tailored Coaching: No, you will never sign a contract.
You can leave at any time with no minimum notice required.
Payments will be stopped as soon as you advice us of your decision. For a 12-Week Block Program: You aren't locked into the coaching or the program, however you must pay for the 12-week program in its entirety - so you may as well hang around and make the most of your coach's expertise while you're here.

However we don't recommend a 12-week program. Your best option is the Tailored Running Coaching.
Return to running after having a baby (natural birth or otherwise) is a balancing act and is best done under the guidance of a coach and in coordination with your doctor or post-natal physio.
Please seek advice from your GP or Post-natal Physio prior to engaging with OVERLAP.

A 12-week program is a tailored program that's delivered in a 12 week block, therefore you get all 12 weeks of training at once. It is still 100% customised to you, so if you're self-motivated and you follow the program as directed whilst maintaining a strong sense of self-awareness and the ability to adjust as necessary, it can offer great progression at a cheaper rate than our Premium Coaching.
We can tailor 12-week block programs for distances from 5km to Ultra Marathons and from Beginner to Advanced.
12-week programs and an affordable option and can be great if you are self-motivated.
