RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
 

Firstly, thank you for buying an OVERLAP Product, we appreciate the support! Secondly, sorry it didn’t work out, but we’re here to help.
 

WRONG SIZE?
 

If you’ve received your product, and for any reason, it doesn’t suit your needs (it doesn’t fit), then please return it within 30 days*.  Contact us at info@overlapcoaching.com and we will arrange for you to ship it back to us at your expense.
 

Once we have confirmation that the package is on its way back to us, we will process the refund.

If you would like to exchange for a different style or size, then we will post the new product as soon as we have confirmation of the return. If there is a difference in the price of the items, either the difference will need to be paid before the new item is shipped, or a refund of the difference will be processed. A tracking number is fine for confirmation.  Please note, we cannot reserve the exchange product/s while we wait for your tracking confirmation email.

Original tags must still be attached.

 

All products are sourced from third-party suppliers. OVERLAP has taken care in deciding which brands/suppliers to work with, however, if you are not happy with the quality of the product, OVERLAP accepts no responsibility.

TIMING OF REFUND

Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
 

If you would like to return an item, please send it to the following address, in the same box if possible:

Please send an email to info@overlapcoaching.com with the tracking number, if possible. As soon as we receive confirmation the item has been sent we will process the refund.
