Hello, I'm Paige. My passion is all things health and fitness. No goal is too big or small, a win is a win!
As someone who has been dancing since a young age and enjoys long-distance running, I have always been on the move. This active lifestyle continued throughout my school years, with 11 years of dancing and participation in all running events over 800m. To say that I am (and always have been) competitive would be an understatement.
Becoming a mother at a young age meant that my personal interests, including running, took a back seat. Fast forward 12 years, an impromptu entry into the Burnie 10 (2022) reignited my passion for running.
Running serves as a mental escape for me – a way to unwind and clear my thoughts. Nothing compares to the feeling of being outdoors in the fresh air. Whether it's a leisurely walk, a relaxed run, or pushing my limits to set a new personal best.
The smiles, greetings, and nods from fellow runners all contribute to the joy of hitting the pavement.
I adore everything from a casual park run to a fast-paced 10km race, and my favorite distance is the half marathon.
You can also find me at the gym several times a week - over the years, engaging in various workouts from Body Pump and Boxfit classes to Powerlifting, Pilates, and now, enjoying general strength and conditioning exercises to aid with my running.
My enthusiasm lies in health and fitness, and I am incredibly driven and find immense satisfaction in assisting others in achieving their goals.
No goal is too big or too small because every achievement is a victory!
