Island State Brewing Pub Run

Every Thursday, come and join us for a pleasant and social run or walk, with the option to have drinks at ISB afterwards.

• The run will be a maximum of 40 minutes long, following an 'Out & Back' pattern – running in one direction for 20 minutes before turning around and following the same route back.
• If you prefer a shorter run, you are welcome to turn back sooner.
• Although we will start as a group, participants can choose to run, jog, or walk at their own pace.
• Please be aware that the runs will begin promptly at 6:00pm. If you wish to warm up or stretch, please arrive early as these activities are not part of the run.
• After each run, we will gather for a group photo - hang around for a drink at ISB together.
