This session is your chance to dive deep into the world of nutrition for runners, covering everything from day-to-day eating habits to fuelling strategies for training and race day.


Whether you're chasing a new PB, building consistency, or simply want to feel better on your runs, this night is for you.

Nicole will walk us through practical insights on what to eat, when, and why — with plenty of time for your questions in a live Q&A.
