IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ:


After purchasing a Free Trial, Weekly Training Pass, or a 10 or 25-Session Pack, you still need to book your spot for each session you attend.

How to book your session:

  1. Purchase your chosen plan.

  2. Return to this page each week.

  3. Click “BOOK NOW” on the location you want to train at.

  4. Enter your card details when prompted — this will process as a $0.00 charge.
     

Important notes:

  • You must be logged into your OVERLAP account for the booking to recognise you have a plan.

  • You need to book each week you plan to attend.

  • Session bookings open 7 days in advance.
