Service Description

Our group training sessions are led by an Australian Athletics–accredited coach and built for every level of runner — from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Every session includes options and adjustments so you can train at your own pace while still being challenged. Location: ANZAC Park, Ulverstone (meet at the rowing club end) Day: Every Tuesday Time: 6:00 am sharp Duration: 1 hour Each session includes: • A clear session overview • Guided warm-up • Structured interval training tailored to ability • Guided cool down Your coach will be on hand throughout the session to answer questions, offer tips, and provide support whenever you need it.

OVERLAP Group Training – Booking Policy 1. General Booking Requirements All bookings must be made through the OVERLAP website or Wix booking system. A confirmed booking secures your place in that week’s Tuesday session. By booking, you agree to OVERLAP’s Terms & Conditions and this policy. 2. Payment Casual sessions must be paid at the time of booking. 10-session packs must be paid in full at checkout. Membership payments are billed weekly. Bookings are not valid without successful payment. 3. Attendance & No-Shows If you book and do not attend, the session is forfeited. No refunds, credits, or transfers for missed bookings. For 10-pack holders: a missed session counts as one used. For members: access applies only to the current week. 4. Late Arrivals Sessions start at 6:00 am sharp. If you're running late, please message the Group Training Coach. Late arrivals may not be able to join if it poses a safety risk. 5. Participant Cancellations You may cancel your booking through the system up to 24 hours before the session starts. There are no cancellations within 24 hours of the session starting. If you cannot attend or fail to cancel your session before this time, you will be charged accordingly. This ensures fairness across all pricing options. 6. Cancellations by OVERLAP If a session is cancelled or the coach is unavailable, OVERLAP will provide one of the following: - A temporary replacement coach, OR - A catch-up session, OR - A credit or refund for the missed session. Participants will be notified as early as possible. 7. Weather Policy Sessions run in most weather conditions. Training may be adjusted for safety. Only extreme or unsafe conditions will result in cancellation (see Section 6). 8. Safety & Health You must be physically able to participate safely. Inform the coach of any injuries or limitations before the session. Appropriate footwear and clothing are required. 9. Behaviour & Conduct Respectful behaviour is required at all times. OVERLAP may refuse participation if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. 10. Photography & Media Photos or videos may be taken during sessions. By booking, you consent to their use on social media and promotional materials unless you notify the coach beforehand. 11.
